Medical certificate is not needed for proof of execution of a Will

A medical certificate is not a requirement under law for proof of execution of Will as long testator was in a sound state of mind.If all the legal requirements are satisfied and the Will is assessed to have been validly executed, the onus which rests on beneficiary is discharged
